Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send us a form (callback request, shortlist, viewing request, contact or valuation form) we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, your message, the contact method you prefer and, where relevant, the property, viewing date and time or the list of properties you saved. We also record the page you sent the form from and the language the site was shown in.

We use these details only to answer you: to call or message you, arrange viewings, send you property selections you asked for and prepare a purchase, rental or valuation. The legal basis is your consent when you tick the box on the form and, once we work on your request, the steps needed before a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not send newsletters.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored in our website database and sent to our team by email. The website is hosted by Cloudways on Vultr servers in Warsaw, Poland (EU) and protected by Cloudflare. Our mailboxes are provided by Google (Gmail / Google Workspace). These providers process data only on our behalf. When we arrange a purchase or rental for you, we share the necessary details with the parties involved (owner or developer, notary, lawyer, bank) with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact about your request and up to 2 years after the last contact, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example accounting records of a completed sale).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected]. If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and what your browser keeps

• Favourites and comparison are kept only in your own browser (local storage). They never reach us unless you send them with a form.
• Language: when you choose another language, the page is translated by Google Translate through the GTranslate service, and your choice is remembered in your own browser (local storage). The page text is sent to Google for translation.
• Security and speed: Cloudflare may set technical cookies to protect the site from abuse.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Services the pages load

To show the site your browser also connects to: Google Fonts (fonts), OpenStreetMap (map tiles), cdnjs.cloudflare.com (the map library) and GTranslate with Google Translate (only when you open the language menu or choose another language). These services see your IP address as part of any web request.
